Group Rate Pricing **

A group discount of $200 per person is automatically applied when 2 or more people from the same organization register on a single registration and submit a single payment transaction.

Early Bird Rate and Group Rate discounts are automatically combined when 2 or more people from the same organization register on a single registration and submit a single payment transaction during the Early Bird registration period.

 

Alumni Refresher

Receipt and Confirmation

Your receipt and registration confirmation are automatically generated and emailed after the credit card payment. (Please check your spam folder.)

 

Program Changes

Rolter Associates reserves the right to alter dates and/or times of the workshop if registration criteria are not met or if conditions beyond our control occur. All efforts will be made to contact each registrant if changes occur. If the program is not held for any reason, Rolter Associates liability is limited to the workshop fee only.

Substitutions

You may substitute registrants at any time prior to the start of the workshop by providing written notice / email to Rolter Associates. Requests must include the names and email addresses of the original registrant and the substitute. If the request is received after participant materials for the workshop have been shipped or delivered, the original registered participant is responsible for delivering those materials to the substitute prior the start of Day 1 of training. No substitutions can be accepted after the start of the workshop.

 

Cancellation and Transfer

Cancellations and transfers to a future workshop will incur a $154 service fee per registrant. Registered participants who do not attend the workshop or who cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the workshop either forfeit the workshop fee or can transfer (reschedule) to a future workshop scheduled within the next 12 months (one transfer only). 

 

Guarantee

If during the workshop you decide to withdraw and wish to obtain your money-back guarantee, you must do so either at the workshop, or in writing within 2 weeks of the start of the workshop.
