Prior to starting the consulting practice, Brook Rolter served in various Organizational Strategy, Transformation, Organization Development, and Performance Management roles at consulting and professional services firms in North America and Europe. He has worked with numerous organizations to design, deliver, manage, and measure results of significant strategic and operational change programs for government agencies, commercial organizations, nonprofits, and associations.

Brook Rolter's professional membership include: Organizational Development Network, American Society for Quality, International Association for Strategy Professionals, and Plexus Institute for complexity thinking.

Brook Rolter is certified in Organization Development and Change Management, Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Management, PuMP® Performance Measurement Blueprint, and Graphic Facilitation. Previously, Brook had the privilege of being appointed to the Board of Examiners for Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.

Brook earned an MBA from the Andersen School of Business at U.C.L.A and a B.S.M.E from Cornell University.
