In PuMP Performance Measure Blueprint workshops participants learn the PuMP Blueprint 8-Step process, tools, techniques, and concepts, and practice with a real–life case study. With the guidance and mentorship of your expert PuMP instructor, we work through each step in the PuMP methodology, understanding its purpose, how it works, and how to apply it.

In-Person Delivery

In-person PuMP Workshop is delivered over three consecutive days.

The first two days walk through the eight steps of PuMP, so you know how to develop great measures.

On the third day, you’ll put the first few steps into practice on your own goals, and head back to work with measures already drafted.
Live Online Interactive

The Live Online Interactive workshop covers the same material as the in-person workshop, using the same training resources and materials (hardcopy).

The workshop takes uses of web-based interactive platforms allowing small-group activities & interaction with your fellow workshop participants and the instructor in real-time from wherever you are.

The workshop is delivered over 5 half day sessions providing time to reflect and practice even more.
On-Site PuMP Workshops
Bring the PuMP Workshop inside your organization and share a common experience with common language to build a broader organizational capability.
On-Site Workshops allow participants to apply PuMP to the real-world goals and challenges in their own organization with the guidance and mentorship of your expert PuMP instructor.

The EBL Diagnostic is a structured discussion to understand and agree on the current strengths and opportunities for improving the clarity, measurability, and readiness of execution of your strategic direction to customize your EBL Immersion workshop.
Strategic KPI Immersion
(2-Day)
The 2-Day Strategic KPI Immersion follows the EBL Training. We make your corporate strategy more measurable and easier to communicate, we design measures for it, and we plan the implementation of your EBL habits organization-wide.
